When energy is low, Self-Care is required. Healing baths can help!

🌸Healing Baths🌸

Regularly cleansing your aura and your personal energy is an essential act. Whether or not you know it, you come into contact with various people and environment, all of which have their own energy vibrations. Not all of these frequencies are high and positive; because your energy field is constantly taking in and putting out vibrations, some of the vibrations (including your own thoughts, as well as external influences) are low and will bring you down if left unchecked. While our energy body is constantly readjusting itself to bring our energy back into harmony, the negative energies can linger and build up over time. A weekly salt water bath is an easy and very relaxing way to cleanse your aura of negative energy.

🌼Here is my recipe for a weekly energy cleanse:

Ingredients

Calendula flowers and Rosemary (1tbsp each in a cotton tea bag keep them from going down the drain)
Amethyst, and clear quartz crystals (optional)
Pink Himalayan sea salt 1tsp
Epsom Salt 1/2 Cup
A few drops Lavender essential oil

Fill tub, add ingredients one by one, visualizing the benefits of each element.

Calendula- Corresponds to The Sun; symbolizes love and constancy

Rosemary- corresponds to the Sun (or Moon) blessing and purification.

The Salts - consecrate water, and making it more like sea water "the womb of the Earth".

Amethyst - Piety, sobriety, luck, marital fidelity, protection from baneful spells, healing and cleansing the body and spirit

Clear Quartz - amplifier for all elements

I like to light a candle, illuminating the room with soft light, the flame burning away any remaining "ick" hanging in the space.

For those that just don't have time to gather all of the ingredients, we offer a ready made kit for just this occasion! Check out our Full Moon Goddess Self Care Kit

Soak for 10-15 minutes

When you are finished with your bath you can end the ritual in 1 of 2 ways. You can unplug the drain but stay laying in the tub while visualizing that all your stress, tension, worries etc. are leaving your body and running right down the drain along with the water.

Or you can set the intention that as you stand up to get out of the tub all the heaviness in your body will stay trapped in the water.

It will easily detach from your energy field and stay connected with the water so that when you unplug the drain it will wash away leaving your body feeling light and at total peace.

Blessings!
